Confidentiality and security policy

In accessing the J2 Procurement Management Inc. (“J2”) website, you agree to abide by the following conditions and those contained in the Legal Notices section.

Confidentiality of information

Information requested in J2’s forms is used to create a customer or candidate record in order to meet the company’s needs. J2 and its employees undertake to preserve the confidentiality of all personal, commercial and financial information to which they have access in the course of their duties. After an application has been submitted, J2 may conserve and use the information supplied by the candidate in order to offer them suitable current or future employment opportunities.

Request or disclosure of information to third parties

J2 may collect information on users, with their consent. J2 may pass the information on to third parties if:

• The person concerned gives their consent;
• The information is passed on to a customer or an agent for the service in question; or
• Passing on of the information is required or authorized by law.

Except in the cases mentioned above, no information that could identify you is passed on to third parties. J2 will in no circumstances sell or distribute information on customers or lists of customers to third parties

Users’ rights

Users have the right of access to information concerning them. They are entitled to see, verify and correct their file. J2 will make reasonable efforts to respond to any written request from users.

Security of information

J2 implements security measures based on recognized best market practices and legal obligations in order to protect your personal information.

These constantly evolving security measures cover, in particular, the supervision of human resources, access control, secure operation of technologies, communications, relations with suppliers, and management of security incidents.
