Use and content of the J2 website

The information on this site is provided to inform you about services offered by J2. It may be updated from time to time.

Property Rights

The content of this site, including graphic design, text, logos, drawings, emblems, symbols, pictograms, slogans, signs and any other work, is protected by applicable Canadian and Québec law on intellectual property and property rights. Unauthorized use of this content may contravene the Copyright Act and the Trademarks Act.

Users of this site must not modify, disseminate, reproduce, publish or download the content of the site unless they have obtained express permission from J2. They may copy, print, transmit or download any information for personal, non-commercial purposes provided that they mention the source and ensure that information has not been modified.

Any downloading, and any other reproduction, publication, redistribution, retransmission, dissemination or modification of all or part of the content that contravenes intellectual property and property rights laws makes the offender liable to prosecution.

Hosting

J2 may do business with web service providers based outside the province of Québec or outside Canada. Accordingly, be aware that data, information and documents you may supply to J2 could be hosted outside the province of Québec or outside Canada and be subject to applicable laws of other provinces, countries or states. In addition, in such circumstances the conditions of use and privacy policies of service providers with whom J2 may do business apply. You accept this situation when filling out forms on this site.

Social media

J2 is happy to be present on social media. We use these platforms as spaces for the exchange and sharing of ideas. To ensure that the dialogue will benefit everybody, we have established some rules governing the use of our various pages. Internet users who take part in discussions agree to abide by them.

You must be the author and owner of content that you publish. Any content that contravenes the copyright or intellectual property of a third party will be deleted. In addition, if you wish to publish photos or videos on our platforms, you must first obtain the consent of people who appear therein.

J2 reserves the right to refuse to publish or to withdraw without notice any remarks that are:

  • Are prejudicial to our employees, customers, suppliers or business partners.

If you break these rules, J2 may, at its discretion, report, suspend or block your account.

J2 also declines all liability for the content of posts made by Internet users on its platforms, particularly the opinions that they express. The arguments are those of the authors alone.
